Privacy Policy

We may receive your email and account identifiers, the questions and code you submit, connected repository content, generated reports, and basic usage, billing, security, and error records.

Stripe processes payment details. Hattrick does not store your full payment-card number.

We do not track users across websites, build advertising profiles, or sell personal information. We may use aggregate, cookieless page counts and limited service logs to understand traffic, prevent abuse, measure usage, and keep Hattrick reliable.

Code submitted for a one-off analysis is deleted from Hattrick's active systems within 45 days of use, and often much sooner. Saved reports may retain short excerpts needed to explain a finding.

A connected repository index remains available while you keep it connected. When you disconnect or delete it, its stored code enters the same deletion process and is removed within 45 days.

We send content to AI, research, hosting, authentication, and infrastructure providers only as needed to provide the service. Those providers process data under their own agreements and retention rules.

We use information to answer requests, maintain chat history and repository connections, calculate usage, process subscriptions, troubleshoot failures, and secure Hattrick.

We share information with service providers only for those purposes, or when required by law or necessary to protect Hattrick and its users. We do not sell your code.

You can delete conversations and disconnect GitHub repositories from the service. Account, subscription, security, and transaction records may be kept longer when reasonably needed for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or disputes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security. Do not submit secrets, credentials, or code you are not allowed to share.

Hattrick is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the date above when we do.
